Magnificent views, greatly enjoyed favourable and easy setting.

Had beautifully maintained and well-appointed room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, so I slept well. The pool was nice, the staff here was outstandingly accommodating. Location: the hotel was so close to the turnpike and two great restaurants.

Its rooms are well-kept with beer.

Housekeeping didn't respect my privacy and barged into my room without knocking. After that, my toiletries mysteriously disappeared, leaving me frustrated and scrambling for replacements.

There was a very minor issue in our room when we checked in. Bathroom door didn't close properly. Front desk person came up with me, looked at it and immediately gave us another room. A little while later we got a call asking if everything was OK and telling us they were giving us a voucher for free breakfast! In other words, the customer service is superb! Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful.

Came in Willow Grove to relax and have fun, this corporate hotel was lovely base for doing it. The staffs were outstandingly accommodating & polite.

Is it really that good? My take

The staff was friendly and helpful ,. The room was quiet and comfortable, which ensured a good night's sleep.

The hotel felt outdated, with broken amenities and malfunctioning technology. Housekeeping was inconsistent, leading to frustrations throughout my stay.

The Hotel was in a very helpful location. Funeral home was just 1 mile from the hotel and the road leading to the cemetery was a similar distance in the opposite direction. The turnpike was 100 yards from our room which made easier to get to family members.

Some of the canteen staff need training on product price and customer support. When questioned on the price charged for an item we were told, "welcome to the Marriott." I'm there for my mother's funeral. I don't need inappropriate comments from staff. Another night, following the funeral, my wife and I ordered two Starbucks items...one large, one medium. Both were half full before one sip was taken. Far too strenuous of a day to argue at that time.

the elevator was broken. which was frustrating. the swimming pool was refreshing and great for kids. the fitness center had nice equipment. loved the fresh towels every day.

The King Room with Sofa Bed had solid air conditioning and heating. The private bathroom was clean with a good shower. Enjoyed cable channels and the tea/coffee maker. The fitness center was nice, and the hot tub was a great way to relax. The location was convenient with lots of shopping nearby.
